At the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce we value your feedback and work hard to resolve as quickly as possible any complaints that we receive.

The Lincolnshire Chamber's HQ maintains a central complaints register.  Any complaints received by the company is logged onto this register. 

Complaints can be made in two ways:

  1. Verbal, by talking to a member of staff face-to-face or by calling 01522 523333. 
  2. In writing to Simon Beardsley, CEO, Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, Commerce House, Outer Circle Road, LN 2 4HY or email 

Where possible, the Company will aim to resolve all complaints received within 10 days from receipt of the complaint.
