Kids Are the Stars in New Commercial from Duncan & Toplis

What do the next generation of business people dream about? Chartered Accountants Duncan & Toplis have been finding out for their new promotional video being premiered tomorrow.

Filmed by Lincoln video specialists Epix Media, the short film features children and relatives of Duncan & Toplis team members.

The video promotes the cloud accounting services that the firm provides in the form of D&T ONLINE, launched last year. It follows the theme of #BusinessDreams and asks the young stars: ‘What do tomorrow’s business people dream about?’

Director at Duncan & Toplis Mark Taylor said:

“With D&T ONLINE, business owners can concentrate on the things that they want to achieve. By having more time and better information they can focus on their own dreams.

“Online accounting is the way forward for many of our clients and these tools enable us to assist and advise them in real time. This improves the efficiency and management information capabilities of clients’ accounting processes.

“Following a casting call that went round to everyone in the company, we’re really pleased to say that all the children featured in the video are relatives or children of team members. Even my daughter got involved!

“We all had great fun filming in locations that show some of the different sectors our clients work in. We are delighted with the result.”

Will King, co-founder of Epix Media, said:

“We had a lot of fun with this shoot and the children were brilliant to work with. What we decided together with Duncan & Toplis was to have the children cast as the people who will be using products like D&T ONLINE in the future. After all, they will be the ones to adopt these kinds of futuristic and innovative ways to do business.

“We shot at a few really interesting locations, including a wheat field near Retford and a building site near Saxilby, and we even had the kids pretending to run their own jelly bean company at the firm’s Doddington Road offices!”

The commercial is now available on the firm’s YouTube Channel and on their website.
