Media & PR

Have you ever thought about working with the local media to help raise the profile of your business?

Here at the Chamber, we can help.

We know that a good word from a journalist can enhance your reputation while bringing increased attention to your business.

How can we help you:

Lincolnshire Chamber has a dedicated and experienced PR team who are on hand to help you, provide expertise where needed and answer all your media queries. Our team are well versed on all aspects of PR and can help you research, create, distribute and evaluate successful PR campaigns.

Let the Chamber do your PR:

The Chambers PR team are on hand to carry out and manage your public relations and media work for you. All you have to do is talk to us about your ideas and we’ll help create an effective PR strategy which is tailored to your business needs. This includes:

Putting your news story in print (via newspaper of magazine): Our PR team can research the story, conduct phone interviews, draft your press releases, and circulate content for amends and approval. Once finished, we will distribute to our internal media contacts such as the Lincolnshire Echo and local radio stations.

Helping you access TV and radio to promote your business: We can advise you on the best approach to take because understanding what broadcast producers want can take time and experience.

Writing a blog for your website: We can carry out telephone interviews for more information, draft content, suggest images and ensure all work is approved before signing off.

Setting up photos with the press: We can arrange media photo calls for you, get you set up with the right props ensuring your picture reflects your event/news and we will invite our press photographers along to take professional photographs.

Showcasing and recording your good work: With guidance and information, our team can create a case study through interviewing your customers and taking pictures. All content can then be used on your own website & social media as well as the Chamber website and even in the Chambers magazine.

As part of this package and as part of best practice, we’ll record the coverage of your story enabling you to see who has looked at it, and when and where – helping you plan future campaigns.

The Chamber will also publish your work
