The Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce is committed to creating better trading conditions for all businesses. We do this by arranging and hosting regular Member Council Meetings with influential people in Lincolnshire, who help shape decisions and identify opportunities.

Chamber Area Meetings

Lincolnshire Chamber Council meetings take place around the county to evaluate the activity and progress of the Lincolnshire Chamber for its members.

Committee Meetings

The Committee discuss lobbying and campaign activities such as local affairs, planning and road infrastructure. All members are encouraged to contribute to committee meetings to shape their local business economy and culture.

Lincoln Area Chamber

Who – Attended by Lincoln based businesses, representing the city’s business sectors and industries. The council helps determine what city businesses need, in terms of lobbying, services and support.

What – Every meeting has a set agenda. Representatives from Lincoln City Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Lincoln Business Improvement Group, Bailgate Guild and other stakeholders attend. Feedback from the Local Affairs and Business Development Committees are also discussed.  

Where – Lincolnshire Chamber HQ, Commerce House, Lincoln.

Why – To bring together key stakeholders and decision makers from around the city. To identity and deliver city-wide opportunities, lobbying issues and support for members and non-members.

When – Meetings take place every three months.

Boston Area Chamber

Who – Attended by Boston based businesses, representing the town’s wide and diverse sectors and industries. The committee helps determine what Boston Area Members and businesses need, in terms of lobbying, services and support.

What – Every meeting has a set agenda. Topics include local planning, retail development, business growth opportunities, translation services and other support tools needed by Boston businesses.

Why – To unite Boston businesses through one voice. Bringing together key stakeholders and decision makers from around the town to identity opportunities, lobbying issues and support for members and non-members.

Spalding Area Chamber

Lincolnshire Business Development Committee

Who- Attended by business support organisations covering the Lincolnshire region.

What- Every meeting has a set agenda and is chaired. Representatives meet from private and public sector organisations.

Where- Lincolnshire Chamber HQ, Commerce House, Lincoln

Why- Lincolnshire Chamber see business support central to our member SME's to help their business grow and prosper, therefore we work with the public sector to ensure funded programmes are delivered to benefit Lincolnshire businesses.

When- Meetings take place every three months.

Visit Lincoln

Who- Attended by key tourism and hospitality business managers in the city, local authority representatives and stakeholders who support the visitor economy. The meetings determine the strategic objectives of the Visit Lincoln Partnership.

What- Every meeting has a set agenda. Representatives from the Visit Lincoln Partnership executive committee attend. Together they discuss and agree the local, regional, national and international marketing campaigns and business support for Lincoln's visitor economy.

Where- Various locations across Lincoln.

Why- To unite the city's and surrounding areas tourism and hospitality businesses through one voice. Bringing together key stakeholders and decision makers to identity opportunities, lobbying issues and support for members and non-members.

When- Meetings are called by Emma Tatlow, Visit Lincoln Partnership manager.

Why- To steer the direction of Visit East Lincolnshire, taking decisions on marketing, new opportunities and contributing to the strategic direction of the group.

When- The meetings take place on the 1st Wednesday of every month.

Why- To unite Select Lincolnshire for Food and businesses with an interest in Lincolnshires agricultural and horticultural sector. Bringing together key stakeholders and decision makers to identity opportunities, lobbying issues and support for members and non-members.
