Is everything we know about the best way to develop employees flawed? Want to extend the performance of yourself and others, but don’t have the time, the budget or the inspiration? Ready to take advantage of the growing trend towards short, self-directed learning, but don’t know where to start? During this high impact session we will challenge conventional thinking around how best to build potential in the workplace by drawing on the latest research into the science of people. Throughout the programme, we will present a smorgasbord of highly improbable, yet evidence-based methods to develop capability in the workplace and deliver outstanding results through people.
Featuring an eclectic range of insights including lessons from: Buddhism, hot yoga, social psychology, art negotiations, television quiz-shows and compulsive gambling; you will learn practical techniques which can easily be applied back in the workplace. With counter-intuitive approaches from: Google, The Gallup Organisation, Sir Isaac Newton, Martin Bashir, Stephen King, Steve Jobs, Anne Robinson, Adolf Hitler … and underperforming schoolchildren.
DAY 1 –DEVELOP YOURSELF
DAY 2 – DEVELOP OTHERS
Plus, we will also provide access to 100’s of other practical ideas to extend performance in role.
