Read MoreLocal businesses are being invited to the annual South Holland Business Awards which are taking place on 14th November at Springfields Conference and Events Centre in Spalding.
The awards are here to recognise and reward businesses in the local area and Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and headline sponsor, FreshLinc are encouraging local businesses to join in the celebrations.
Tables of 10 and single tickets are available for the event and can be purchased here or by emailing events@lincs-chamber.co.uk.
On the evening, guests will be treated to a drinks reception, three-course meal and enjoy some entertainment from acoustic singer, Elliott Morris.
Simon Beardsley, Chief Executive of Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “Each year we gather to celebrate the diverse array of businesses in the South Holland district and every year we have some fantastic sponsors and supporters come on board and this year is no different, we caught up with a couple to hear why they sponsor these awards.”
Rebecca Inglis, Partner from Chattertons, who are this years’ sponsor of the table wine and have supported the awards since their birth: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the Awards again and we’re thrilled to see the event grow year on year.
“For us at Chattertons Spalding, the awards mean an evening of reward and recognition for local businesses as well continuing to put South Holland on the map. We have had a presence in the town since acquiring Crusts in October 2006 and we’re proud to be a part of such a great community.
“As a local business in the area, we want to help further promote the local area and the business community that lies within it. The awards are a fantastic way of recognising the great businesses and businesspeople we have in the district and we’re very much looking forward to the awards evening.”
Another sponsor of the awards is Charmed Interiors who are sponsoring this years’ Small Business of the Year: “We are pleased again to sponsor the Small Business of the Year category, as we own four small businesses varying in size employing over 50 people.
“We understand how running a small business can be time consuming, demanding and equally rewarding, in this current climate it is a more challenging environment for any business but especially for a small business where we have had to adapt our business model to remain competitive in the markets we operate, but winning this award will give the business exposure to its customers and pride in what they are achieving, but also to celebrate their success in the market they operate.”
Simon concluded: “The event wouldn’t be possible without the ongoing support from local businesses, so a huge thank you to all of our sponsors, including our media partner Iliffe Media:
