From sole traders to large housing associations, construction and property businesses come together to talk business at the Lincolnshire Chamber’s Construction Network.
Meet up to 60 construction related businesses in one room. And to ensure that you’re talking to the right people, we limit the number of non-construction related businesses attending the event.
As the saying goes, ‘Time is Money’. Attending the Construction Network for two hours every month is one of the most productive ways that you can keep up to date with project news and new business and tendering opportunities amongst contractors and suppliers.
In 2009 Lee formed Core Architects with Sam Culling; the practice was created from the desire to produce quality in design and expand upon an already successful and rewarding working relationship. With offices in the centre of Lincoln the practice has grown substantially over the last 15 years and has been involved in various successful schemes locally and nationally and in market sectors. Lee currently takes a key role in running major projects and clients within the practice, with particular involvement in the design, detailing and on-site management.
Ben has worked for the Lincolnshire Co-op for 14 years starting off in the Community team and taking on role as Engagement Manager for the Property team 5 years ago. As part of this role Ben manages Mosaic Digital Hub, a co-working space for the digital and tech sector. The space brings digital and tech businesses together to collaborate, innovate, develop and be part of a wider digital community. As well as this Ben works with tenants across the Lincolnshire Co-op portfolio to ensure they are getting the most out of being a tenant with the Lincolnshire Co-op, this is done through things such as tenant forums and tenant surveys.
