New Decade – New Premises – New Directions

Rilmac Fabrication Ltd will be starting the new decade in refurbished premises on the Allenby Industrial Estate, Lincoln.  The move was completed in December 2019 and sees the company ideally situated to expand in new directions.  Over recent years Rilmac Fabrication’s previous premises had grown less suitable for the quality and level of work required and a relocation was needed.

The move has seen the company return to Crofton Drive in a building next to the Rilmac Group Headquarters.  Mindful of the changing world of fabrication and engineering the workshop has been completely refitted and refurbished to keep the division moving forwards.  The work included an extension designed for specialist surface preparation and new roofing and cladding insulated to save energy.

The new office suite allows the administration team to work more closely together and benefits from improved communications and digital access.  Once open in 2020 the new Lincoln Eastern Bypass will offer improved transport links for fabrications which often have to travel worldwide, including to Houston and Hong Kong.

“This has been an ideal opportunity to ensure we have the most efficient premises for our fabrication work” said Terry Cutter, Operations Director of Rilmac Fabrication, “We have been able to ensure that the workshop is set up for the new challenges which will be coming our way.”
