Read MoreOn Wednesday 26th February, equine charity Bransby Horses is inviting businesses to experience exclusive tours of their site. The charity has started offering their high quality meeting, conference, networking and team building facilities as part of their public offering. Tours will be held at 9am and 1pm at the Bransby site and showcase all the areas ideal for holding business events and activities.
During the tour, which will best be walked in wellies, there will be a chance to see corporate facilities in The Lodge, nestled in the centre of the site. Here, within a cluster of ponies’ paddocks, is a standalone single-story building with meeting space for up to 60 people, presentation facilities, kitchenette, toilets and a storage area. The room also has large tables, good seating and patio doors which open out onto a picnic area to make for a light and inspiring space.
Visitors will also get the opportunity to meet some of the charity’s corporate volunteers to hear first-hand what the volunteering experience is like. The tour takes visitors past the Riding Barn and past shelters and fields, meeting horses as they go. The tour also gives visitors a chance to take in the views and enjoy the setting as their delegates and colleagues would.
After watching a presentation about the charity and site, those on the tour will head to the Clifford Marshall Building, passing the historical home and original yard of the charity founder, Peter Hunt, on their way. The substantial meeting room in the building holds up to 50 people, has large attic eaves, smart décor, comfortable furniture, toilet facilities and windows at each side to let in light, and the gentle sounds of braying. The room also features presentation facilities and a breakout area.
The Feedroom Café on site has developed a bespoke menu for delegates and offers catering facilities to corporate guests during meetings or conferences. The catering team also offer a breakfast option for delegates, starting from £8.95 per person. If it is a sunny day, it is a short walk to the café from all meeting facilities, where delegates can enjoy hot food, drinks, cakes and snacks whilst overlooking the main courtyard.

Vicky Varney, Events Coordinator at Bransby Horses, said:
“Following the flooding last year, we have had lots of supportive messages from people and businesses as well. This gave us an idea, could we offer our beautiful meeting spaces and the opportunity to deliver team-building and volunteering in this environment, to these businesses? This is a calm and peaceful place, with great facilities and the chance to experience a completely different environment. If you are looking for a unique location for a business event, an equine charity with visitor centre really is something very different indeed.”
Tours take place 9am and 1pm on the 26th February and take one hour. For more details visit https://bransbyhorses.co.uk/about-us-corporate/

Bransby Horses is an equine charity based in Lincolnshire, helping improve the lives of horses, ponies, donkeys and mules across the UK. The charity rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes hundreds of equines, giving them a precious second chance of a happy and healthy life. The site is spread across 660 acres, with a further 800 acres at the charity site at Barlings.
Booking your next meeting, conference, networking event or team-build at Bransby Horses means you have the chance to enjoy this special place but also know that all profits from the booking go back into the charity’s work caring for hundreds of equines and recovering after serious flooding last year.
