Charlotte Watson, Head of PR, Marketing and Communications, said: “Work-related stress and mental illness accounts for over half of work absences – and costs British businesses an estimated £26billion per annum. So why sit back and let this happen to your business and the people who work for you?

“By offering these expert support sessions, blogs and workshops via our Hub, we want to spread the word about the importance of looking after our staff’s health and wellbeing and encourage Lincolnshire businesses to make full use of these free resources.

“Our people are our most important asset and we are absolutely delighted to be working with our expert members to help guide businesses on their way to a healthy, happier, more productive workforce.”

Kicking off the support with upcoming events including two mental health training workshops and support with managing stress and building resilience with our ChamberConnect event.
