Jay is a Digital Entrepreneur and runs Sally Social Digital, a facebook advertising and email marketing agency for food and lifestyle brands who want to grow their social presence and revenues online.
She is also the founder of the Social Media Circle – a digital marketing school for entrepreneurs and the Facebook Ads Mastery.
A former Retail Buyer & Marketing Strategist for leading UK Supermarket, Sainsbury for 25 years, Jay now lives in France where her agency operates from.

A fishmonger by trade, Adrian has held down roles as a Retail Admin Assistant, Allocator, and Merchandiser before moving into the world of Buying.
Prior to his current role as a Senior Food Buyer, Adrian worked his way up through the ranks as a Buyers Admin and Assistant Buyer. Here he has spent the last 20 years gaining experience in premium fresh food retail.
Adrian has extensive knowledge of the different food areas, including cheese, deli, fresh fish, smoked fish, caviar, truffle, meat & poultry, F&V and more recently health & wellbeing.
Karen Green, Director, Food Mentor
Karen Green is a business mentor, speaker and author of the best-selling book “Recipe for Success – the Ingredients of a Profitable Food Business”.
She has a wealth of commercial experience, having worked as a buyer for both Tesco and Boots covering foods as diverse as fish to eggs from vitamins to drinks.
In 2016, Karen decided to relocate to the south of France and she launched Food Mentor. The business provides support to food businesses whether start-ups or established businesses who want to develop and grow within the UK grocery space. She has had great success mentoring and providing hands on support to get the listings for her clients. Karen is also a Virgin start up business mentor.
She is a well-known speaker within the UK food and drink space, speaking at events such as IFE, National Convenience show and others. She delivers training workshops for Virgin Start up and Enterprise nation covering topics around sales and marketing. She is also a judge for Great Taste Awards, Grocer Own Label Awards and the Quality Food Awards .
