Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln Cathedral will be hosting a networking event whilst the Cathedral is home to the Moon Museum in the month of February.
The event will include the opportunity for attendees to have a bespoke tour of the Cathedral and to enjoy an evening of canapes and sparkling Elderflower under the Moon.
Come along to this exciting network with a beautiful twist!
Museum of the Moon is a touring artwork by UK artist Luke Jerram.
Some membership packages (Standard upwards) include a free ticket to networking events – if you’d like to honour this and book your place, email us on events@lincs-chamber.co.uk
Measuring seven metres in diameter, the moon features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. At an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the internally lit spherical sculpture represents 5km of the moon’s surface.
As it travels from place to place, it gathers new musical compositions and an ongoing collection of personal responses, stories and mythologies, as well as highlighting the latest moon science.
The installation is a fusion of lunar imagery, moonlight and surround sound composition created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award winning composer Dan Jones. Each venue also programmes their own series lunar inspired events beneath the moon.
How do our Chamber events work with Covid-19 measures?
We encourage all attendees to follow the venue’s face mask policy and to take a lateral flow test before attending.
We want to make you, our members, and wider business community feel as comfortable as possible when attending our face-to-face events.
We would encourage you to remain cautious when attending our events and keep in mind your fellow attendees, not everyone may want to shake hands just yet!
