This half-day Workshop will be presented by John Armitage, founder of Natural Health, based in The Terrace, Lincoln.
The past few years has shown us more than ever that “the only constant in life is change”. Our home and working lives have continued to transform in innumerable ways and our to-do lists have just got longer.
How do we navigate this, focus on what’s important and maintain the motivation to see things through?
In this half day workshop, we’ll explore a little of what motivation is and isn’t and invite you to delve into what motivates you, exploring some of the steps you can take to fuel yours through life’s challenges.
We’ll also consider how we might think about the inexorable blending of work and home, together with some of the steps we might take to restore and maintain balance.
Questions and topics we’ll reflect on are:
• What are the different types of motivation and what difference do they make?
• How might we recognise and work with common motivators and de-motivators?
• How can we understand and overcoming the classics of procrastination and blame?
• What are the simple and useful techniques and frameworks for turning vague aims into concrete outcomes?
A FREE Breakfast will be provided at the workshop.
