What is the Boston School of Applied Leadership & Management (BSALM)?
The BSALM concept was created to ensure business investment in the leadership and management skills of their teams is fully effective in driving change and growth. It will also ensure those leaders can access further support to upskill and develop their work teams.
The unique concept begins with an inspiration and motivation session led by successful business leaders with high level expertise ranging from finance, operations and HR to marketing and brand building. This throws down the challenge to business leaders and owners to identify opportunities and set demanding targets.
To ensure these ambitions can be achieved, Boston College have assembled a team to support business through a combination of coaching, consultancy and a menu of short training and skills programmes. This is the crucial applied element of the BSALM offer which will also help regional businesses engage with emerging technologies to further improve productivity.
Working with BSALM will get you and your team making better decisions, faster. They will be able to communicate their reasoning effectively to colleagues and customers with confidence – supported by a high performing team around them. They will have the skill to reflect and constantly improve your service and products and will always look to develop the full potential of your whole workforce.
