About PSP IT Design & Development
By focusing on People, Systems and Process (PSP) we build custom software, support old programs and provide cost-effective outsourced director-level IT management.. We have built a strong development team with skills and accreditation across a range of platforms and coding languages. All of our development projects are carried out in-house rather than subcontracting. To us, this is extremely important to ensuring standards are maintained, with our developers and project managers remaining on each project right up to final test and sign off by the client.
Our Vision

The co-founders, Joe and Brett, started the company with the ambition of creating an IT provider that puts their clients before the project. Our business analysts work closely with all of our clients at the very beginning of the project to identify their exact business requirements. Then, they build a structured development plan for our developers to put their magic touch on, which is then quality assured through our manual and automated software testers. By following this process, we develop fit-for-purpose systems that tick all your boxes. Customer care is at the centre of everything we do, which is why we take the client stresses out of every development project.
