Monthly construction businesses networking
From sole traders to large housing associations, construction and property businesses come together to talk business at the Lincolnshire Chamber’s Construction Network. Meet construction related businesses in one room.
HMP/YOI Lincoln is a category B. local Victorian jail which recently commemorated their 150th year of serving our local community. They hold up to 664 remand and convicted prisoners across 4 wings.
As part of their education and training, the prison offer a wide variety of construction focused opportunities including Willmott Dixon dry lining, bricklaying, painting and decorating, forklift, CSCS, demolition and traffic management to ensure their learners are as ‘job ready’ as possible for release.
During the event there will be a tour of the education and construction workshops to showcase qualifications on offer.
Please note that all visitors will need to bring photographic ID with them on the day.
For this event you will also be asked for the following information for the prison security department to organise gate passes:
Name, Date of Birth, Address and Telephone Number
We will also send out a list of prohibited items that you can’t bring with you.
Please note for security reasons the number of people that this event can cater for is less than most monthly Construction & Property Networks so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The prison have requested that guests should have a will to employ ex-offenders and live vacancies within the construction sector. By signing up to this event you agree for your email address to be shared with the prison for them to follow up with you after the event.
At our events, we strongly encourage car sharing whenever possible. This not only helps reduce traffic congestion but also minimises our environmental impact. Thank you for helping us create a more sustainable and efficient event experience.
Free Event Tickets can be redeemed towards this event.
Some membership packages include a free ticket to networking events – if you’d like to honour this and book your place, email us on events@lincs-chamber.co.uk
