Business Lincolnshire Launches AI Adoption Accelerator to Help Local Businesses Embrace the Future of Technology

Business Lincolnshire has announced an exciting new opportunity for businesses in Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland to take part in their AI Adoption Accelerator, a comprehensive programme designed to guide business leaders through the transformative journey of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption.

Running from January to the end of March 2025, this hands-on programme provides workshops and expert-led sessions aimed at helping businesses overcome common barriers to AI, such as misconceptions and fears about cost, complexity, and relevance. AI is no longer exclusive to large tech firms – businesses of all sizes, including SMEs, can integrate AI solutions to boost productivity, improve customer experience, and streamline operations.

Councillor Colin Davie, Councillor for Economy and Place at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “AI is transforming the way businesses operate, and we want to ensure that businesses in our region aren’t left behind. This programme is a fantastic opportunity for local companies to explore how AI can streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and stay competitive in an increasingly digital world. The hands-on support provided by this programme will help businesses overcome any reservations they might have and empower them to adopt AI confidently.”

Why Attend?

This programme is a unique opportunity for businesses to explore the potential of AI in a structured, supportive environment. Businesses will not only learn how to use existing no-code AI tools but also build their own custom AI solutions tailored to specific business needs. The programme provides practical, hands-on training with clear takeaways, allowing participants to start seeing the impact of AI from day one.

Participants will benefit from…

  • Increased Efficiency. Discover AI tools that can automate repetitive tasks, freeing up valuable time for employees to focus on strategic work.
  • Better Decision-Making. AI can help businesses analyse data more effectively, leading to smarter, faster business decisions.
  • Competitive Edge. As AI becomes increasingly prevalent, adopting these technologies can help businesses stay ahead in a competitive marketplace.
  • Tailored AI Solutions. Learn to build custom AI models, such as GPTs, that solve specific challenges unique to your business.

Additionally, the programme concludes with an in-person Demo Day, where participants will present their AI solutions or Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to a panel of experts and peers. This provides invaluable feedback and networking opportunities, ensuring that businesses leave with a concrete plan for AI implementation.

With only 20 places available, Business Lincolnshire encourages businesses to register early for this transformative programme. Applications are open to businesses that have been trading for over 12 months and are based in Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland. The programme requires attendance from a decision-maker and another key staff member to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions within their organisation.
