Samantha is the founder and Director of Kendall Training. She is a qualified and very experience Emergency Medic and worked on the East Midlands front line Ambulances.
On leaving the service she set up Kendall Training which has grown significantly over the past six years.
As the business developed and expanded, mental health training was introduced. The business is growing from strength to strength holding contracts with some large companies across Lincolnshire including the Royal Air Force.
Samantha prides herself on delivering training from both experience and knowledge.

Samantha works closely with businesses helping them understand the importance of staff mental health and wellbeing. Samantha teaches Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) training to employees which allows them to support each other through difficulties. She also delivers bespoke training for managers and HR staff about the legal side of supporting staff with mental ill health and how they can improve the support they already give.
Samantha specialises in physical first aid and mental health training. She is able to help with any questions in this area.
