Car Parks Resurfacing and Associated Works at Skegness and Louth 2025

Skegness remains one of the UK's leading seaside resorts, attracting millions of visitors each year.  Louth also serves as an important town for a large rural area of eastern Lincolnshire and visitor attractions include St James Church, Hubbard's Hills, the market, many independent retailers, and Lincolnshire's last remaining cattle market.

As part of the East Lindsey District Council ongoing commitment in terms of providing adequate parking provision, we are undertaking essential tarmac resurfacing and other associated works at ELDC operated car parks at the above locations (Skegness Area – Lot 1 and Louth Area – Lot 2), which forms the basis of this Tender opportunity and summarised as follows:

Lot 1 - Arcadia Car Park, Skegness – Tarmac resurfacing
