Securing the ‘Service Provider of the Year’ title at Athena in Leicester, the agency beat serious competition to add another title to it’s already award-winning reputation.
Managing Director at DBS Digital, Julie Priestley, said: “This award underlines the development and great work that we’ve been able to consistently deliver despite the challenges of the last few years. Our team was delighted to be taking home another award.
“Our entry focused on some specific work that we completed for clients across an array of industries, all of which required bespoke solutions that we were able to deliver from our vastly experienced team as well as some innovative, strategic ideas that can continue to improve our clients day to day operations.
“We are especially proud to be able to really get to know our clients and understand what they need to excel. This award really shows what we are capable of.”
DBS Digital has previously won the FSB UK Employer of the Year.
To add to its achievements, the award comes the same week as the agency received news that it now has Gold status for its Investors In People standard. To achieve this, the agency has to demonstrate that it takes an active and diligent responsibility to train, upskill and support its employees on a strategic programme.

Julie added: “At DBS Digital we are proud of our team and the way we support them. We have been working with Investors in People for many years and to attain Gold is truly brilliant.
“Investors in People is an accreditation that is known all over the world. It is granted to organisations that demonstrate a clear commitment to the people who make up your workforce. Only 17% of IIP accredited organisations achieve the gold standard, so we can count ourselves among some of the elite. We have a huge emphasis placed on training and development, not only to keep up with an ever-changing industry, but also to grow as individuals.
“For example, from a social standpoint, Neurolinguistic Programming training is encouraged to allow the team to communicate effectively with clients in a way that is familiar to them.
“From a cultural standpoint, the whole DBS team is committed to keeping each other up to date with the latest techniques through audible and reading materials, relevant news articles and expert-led talks so we can reach our full potential. We’re so pleased to have been recognised for this work and our approach.”
