Natalie is the owner and Director of Crown Hall Farm and Ace Tones Entertainments. Ace Tones Entertainments is a well-established mobile events company that provides event management services across the UK. They specialize in company fun days, team building, corporate parties, award ceremonies, themed events, and employee appreciation days.

Crown Hall Farm was established as an events venue during the Covid times and opened its doors for its first wedding in June 2021. Crown Hall Farm has since become popular for weddings, parties, conferences, team building, and meetings. Natalie’s goal is to make Crown Hall Farm the go-to venue for events in South Lincolnshire.

Natalie considers her greatest achievements to be her children, a successful 15-year teaching career before joining her husband at Ace Tones Entertainments, and setting up Crown Hall Farm as a venue from scratch while home schooling and maintaining Ace Tones during Covid. This included transforming the farm into a venue, applying for planning permission, gaining a wedding ceremony license, creating a website, developing packages and a pricing structure, recruiting and training a new team, advertising, and more.

Natalie describes herself as impatient and proactive, believing that every obstacle is a learning experience. At Crown Hall Farm, they are highly responsive to feedback and continuously strive to improve. They stay in line with, if not ahead of, their clients’ needs by trying new things and staying updated with industry reports. Natalie loves making lists and finds great satisfaction in ticking off completed tasks.
