ChamberConnect: Navigating the New Normal – Employee Engagement

ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events which have been designed to support businesses and their staff through the current Coronavirus crisis.

These events will allow you to learn, ask questions and stay up-to-date on a variety of topics which will be affecting your business at such an uncertain time.

Tune in via video conference app Zoom to hear from Nicola Ellwood of Ellwood Performance & Mastery.

1. How to get clear on your new team norm, and communicate so the teams feels engaged and motivated toward it.

2. Enabling productivity and wellbeing in your people as you make the move away from work from home

3. Easing the transition – how to help team members make the transition and overcome the barriers to change. Input and brief HR consideration when helping your people make the transition back

Nicola is an Executive Coach who helps leaders lead their organisation by showing up as their best engaging, high performing version. Alongside being a specialist in mindset and communication, she trains managers and leaders in the interpersonal skills and conditions required to create engaging, highly productive cultures within their team.

In this interactive session there will be plenty of opportunity for questions, and Nicola will be inviting questions whilst being interviewed by Adam Davey; Founder and Director of Petaurum HR who will add to Nicola’s content with brief insight from an HR perspective.

A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG.
This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
