Managing a Crisis – Insurance, Legal and PR Webinar

Aimed at food and drink producers who want to understand how to be proactive in managing a crisis and the steps to take when emergency strikes.

Our panel of experts will share their knowledge, experience and answer those all-important questions.

We will hear from:

Joe Peck, Development Leader at Marsh Commercial

Hannah Leese, Partner at Roythornes Solicitors

Liz Cartwright, MD at Cartwright Communications

Do you supply a retailer? Do you have a product recall policy in place?

Joe helps businesses consider the cost implications of a product recall and the subsequent interruption to business operation. After evaluating the risk to business revenue, he can then advise on suitable risk mitigation strategy and relevant insurance provision.

What are the legal implications from a product recall?

Hannah, who runs the Food Regulatory Team at Roythornes, will guide us through the detailed and complex world of regulations and key areas that need to be considered for food and drink producers.

Have you got a crisis communications policy in place? Have you looked at the scenarios that could affect your business?

Liz will share with us her experience of what can happen in a crisis and the important steps to take. She will share her top tips for dealing with the media both on and off line and the strategies that you should have in place within your business.
