Director Development Workshop – by Infinite Possibilities

A 2 day workshop funded by Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G), held at Thonock Park in Gainsborough and presented by Charles Barnascone from Infinite Possibilities.

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.

Workshop dates:
Day 1 – Wednesday 8th January
Day 2 – Wednesday 15th January

Often growing sales is not the issue when it comes to business growth, being able to consistently cope with the sales you have is the pressing problem. The objective of this 2 day course is to equip you as a director or senior manager with the skills and confidence you need to engage your team fully to achieve your growth goals.

3 sections are covered over the 2 days:

Setting the Destination – Developing Vision & Values Leadership

Planning & Direction – Dealing with Obstacle to Growth

People Management Approaches – Fully Engaging your Team

These 3 sessions will be structured to mirror stages within a business development process. Put the knowledge of what you have learnt to the test through discussions and exercises. This approach grounds the business development process in practicality, and ensures that the material covered will be used immediately, and that the process begun during the training can be sustained when you return to apply them within your business environment.
