Glenn is vastly experienced in all aspects of relationship building with prospects, clients and lapsed customers.
His passion is in making the sales relationships process easy to understand and less daunting for those who may have great products/services but are apprehensive when contacting people. From the newest ‘one man band’, through to those who may need some guidance as they are doing the same things but not getting the results required. Then on to companies who have staff involved in their customer relationships (accounts, operations etc) who do not traditionally receive training, mentoring and support in this role.
His expertise is in both B2C and B2B which has been gained across a variety of sectors including; publishing, automotive, home improvements, photography and education. Glenn includes his role as Head of Sales in his current portfolio of activities. He strongly believes that the days of ‘selling to’ are over and that building and sustaining trusted relationships will be even more essential when the ‘new normal’ impacts your business.
