Lincolnshire Construction & Property Network February

Monthly Construction Businesses Networking

From sole traders to large housing associations, construction and property businesses come together to talk business at the Lincolnshire Chamber’s Construction Network.

Presentation Topic: – Contractual Disasters and How to Avoid Them

Construction contracts are never straightforward, because they reflect the industry, but there are a few things that all those involved should remember – and do. Derryn Rolfe will highlight the problems with real examples from her 30 years in building and engineering law, and explain how to avoid it being you – and your wallet – sorting them out.
