Derryn Rolfe will highlight the problems with real examples from her 30 years in building and engineering law, and explain how to avoid it being you – and your wallet – sorting them out.
Derryn Rolfe is a consultant with Roythornes Solicitors. A specialist in construction and engineering contracts, Her background is in the process industries. A former materials engineer, she qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
Derryn’s clients include developers of commercial, retail, leisure, manufacturing, and residential properties, banks and investors, charities, contractors, specialist sub-contractors, and design and consultancy professionals.
Derryn’s expertise is in transactional and strategic procurement advice in the UK and overseas, working on all types of construction and engineering contracts, appointments, bonds and guarantees, and associated property and banking documentation.
