Join us for our January face-to-face Louth Chamber Network.
All businesses in Louth and surrounding areas are invited to this network, kindly hosted by Wilkin Chapman LLP.
Workplace discrimination can take many forms, occurring covertly or directly.
Employers should take a proactive approach in tackling these issues, keeping both employees and the business safe from bullying and harassment.
During this interactive session our employment specialists, Katie Davies and Lily Darwood, will provide you with practical advice, real-life examples, and case studies that show you how to identify and address concerns regarding workplace discrimination.
Our employment law and HR team will help you:
· Explore the principles of the Equality Act 2010
· Identify what constitutes discrimination and harassment and how to identify both
· Discuss some particular problem areas including recruitment and dismissals
So come along to make new connections, catch up with familiar faces at Wilkin Chapman LLP.

How does it work?
You will get a quick introduction from the Chamber team to welcome you to the event and to keep things interesting, the format will vary from event to event.
As a Chamber we want to ensure our networking events support our members and wider business community to make positive connections and to grow their networks. Chamber members and non-members are all welcome, and the price of admission includes tea, coffee and a light buffet lunch. Some membership packages include a free ticket to networking events – if you’d like to honour this and book your place, email us on events@lincs-chamber.co.uk
