Lunch & Learn in Support of Glint
One Degree Training & Coaching Ltd are extremely pleased to partner with Glint to host this Lunch & Learn opportunity.
Glint is a grassroots social enterprise that supports young people and adults with mental health and well-being challenges through equine facilitated learning and therapy programmes.
They work with people with a wide variety of personal and professional challenges, particularly with those where their life opportunities are being affected by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and lack of self-worth, meaning they find it difficult to engage with school and college, or to secure employment or progress with their careers.
Glint’s commercial arm uses their facilitation skills to improve leadership and team performance. All proceeds from these activities is reinvested to subsidize their charitable programmes.
This event is designed to support Glint’s charitable projects and all profits will go towards supporting the vital work they do.
Ticket Price: £50 + VAT
There will be 2 speakers, each providing the local business community with valuable lessons within their specialities.
• Andy Nisevic will be delivering a talk on how to recognize your unconscious bias, and prevent it from sabotaging your success.
• Phil Hutchinson will offer some insights, hints and tips on how to use advanced communication techniques to build effective and productive relationships with colleagues, clients and customers!
