Assistant Caretaker for the Walker’s Hut and Kitchen Supervisor for the Old Schoolhouse
Jo joined South Ormsby Estate in 2022 as the assistant Caretaker for the Walker’s Hut at Sheep Dip Paddock. She is also Kitchen Supervisor for the Old Schoolhouse, where she serves beef buns and beverages. Living on the estate with her partner Clint, the Hall Steward, she loves how no one day is ever the same, and getting to meet lots of interesting, lovely people and hear about their memories of the school and South Ormsby.
Pete leads guided walks themed on nature and local history, works as a gardener, and leading visitor experiences at Louth Distillery. He worked in theatre as a producer and administrator for 25 years before settling down to family life with his partner, two young daughters and an allotment! He plays folk guitar, is a keen walker and cyclist, and lives in Louth.
