Learn how to apply academic theories, in an easily understood manner, in your workplace to enable an influential style of leadership.

This workshop will delve into some of the theories behind influence. We will cover:

1. Cialdini’s Principles of Influence.

2. Botari’s Box.

3. Mehrabian Theory.

These academic theories will be discussed, simplified and contextualised. We’ll then discuss how we can use them in our workplace to be a truly influential leaders.
