James Dawson Awarded for Supplier Excellence

James Dawson is immensely proud to have been awarded the Caterpillar Supplier Excellence award.

The award is presented to suppliers in recognition of achieving excellent process control and a desire for ongoing continuous improvement whilst providing a quality product.

As a supplier of Organic & Silicone hoses for over 150 years and James Dawson has been supplying Caterpillar for over 20 years, providing specialist hoses for their off-highway vehicles.

The bronze award required that James Dawson achieve a variety of goals set by Caterpillar including achieving only 300 defects per million products supplied, as well as several other benchmarks.
