Law firm appoints new commercial property specialist as the practice continues to expand

Solicitor Jane Pearsey joins the commercial law department of Grantham based JMP Solicitors to grow the commercial real estate offering of the practice. Jane has worked in the legal profession for over 25 years in commercial law transactional work including commercial property sales and purchases, unincorporated business acquisitions and disposal, landlord and tenant issues, commercial mortgages and debenture transactions.

Jane has experience in both public sector and private practice. Managing Director, Ian Howard said, “having Jane in the team will be invaluable to businesses in the area. She is a respected lawyer and brings with her an enormous amount of expertise and experience.”
