Larkfleet Homes opens Market Deeping show home
The mayor of Market Deeping, councillor Xan Collins, was on hand to help Lincolnshire-based housebuilder Larkfleet Homes officially open a new show home at its Deeping Meadow development.
The show house gives prospective buyers the opportunity to look around a new Larkfleet home and includes features such as family rooms, open plan living areas, luxury dining, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms, as reported before.
Deeping Meadow is a brand-new development of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses on the edge of the Lincolnshire market town of Market Deeping. It will provide 67 new homes, including 23 affordable properties developed in partnership with Legal and General Affordable Homes Ltd. A unique selling point for this new development is the combination of the charm of rural living with easy access to all the amenities that the bustling market town has to offer.
The official opening gave local estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors and potential customers a chance to see for themselves the quality and style of Larkfleet Homes’ newest development.
Larkfleet Homes CEO Karl Hick said: “We are so pleased with the finish of the show home and view home at Deeping Meadow and it will give homeowners the opportunity to get lots of ideas and meet the sales team.
This development ticks so many boxes. Not only are there four good-sized bedrooms but there’s also an open plan kitchen and dining room, a separate living room and an en-suite to the master bedroom.
“Many of the homes on this development have already been reserved off plan and we have received high levels of interest in the development so we’re expecting the launch to be very popular. There are 3-bedroom homes ideal for first time buyers and 4-bedroom properties to suit second time movers; family housing is available for sale from £241,995 with new releases imminent.

Deeping Meadow is set on the outskirts of the historic town of Market Deeping, providing a unique atmosphere while maintaining good transport links to the nearby city of Peterborough. The East Coast main line runs through Peterborough and London is just 50 minutes away by train.

Following its official opening the show home is now open seven days a week between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
