Nicholsons appoint HR Manager

Nicholsons Chartered Accountants is pleased to welcome Laura Reilly to their team.  Laura has joined the firm as the HR Manager and is based at the Lincoln office.

Laura brings with her a wealth of experience in HR, which she has gained from working within the professional services industry.  Additionally, Laura has a long history with blue-collar and unionised working environments with companies. She has worked with businesses both big and small to help people achieve their potential.

At Nicholsons, Laura will be responsible for all matters relating to HR and GDPR Compliance and will report to director, Emma Murray. Laura specialises in employment relations, employment law and health & wellbeing, so can give a great deal of support and insight in this area. She is a qualified mediator, tribunal advocate and a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management as well as being CIPD Level 7 qualified.

Away from the office Laura enjoys keeping fit by playing and umpiring netball, as well as chairing a local netball club.  Laura also sits on England Netball’s Disciplinary Panel, but thankfully, has not had to be called upon as yet.  Her four children of varying ages also keep her busy.
