Lincolnshire businesses are being advised to recognise the importance of understanding the challenges faced by employees with ADHD, and to offer them appropriate support.

As the awareness around Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) continues to grow, a local HR expert is offering their advice on how to shape an inclusive work environment that supports and empowers everyone.

Laura Reilly owns and runs Taurus HR Solutions in Lincolnshire. She said, “ADHD can present unique difficulties for employees in various professional settings.

“Three common struggles are difficulty with focus and organisation, time management issues, and distraction and impulsiveness.
