Empower Martial Arts Academy offers the very best in martial arts and fitness training. Based in Lincoln, we provide ego free training for all ages, starting at 4 years old, all the way up to adults. Our vision is to promote healthy living through martial arts and fitness and positively effect change to as many people as we can in the Lincoln and surrounding areas. We have a strong community built at our full time academy and look to expand this even further, creating opportunities online to further reach more people and show the many benefits of martial arts and fitness.

Our mission is to produce quality martial artists, and quality human beings! We are all about support, community, personal development and having fun whilst training hard! Our full time academy offers classes for all ages, and we hope to reach more in the future through an online program.
