Hall Farm Conservation offers a variety of self-catering accommodation for holidays, short breaks and business trips, based in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Thorganby Hall is the home of James and Emma Milligan-Manby, it lies in a wooded valley in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer a variety of self-catering accommodation for holidays and short breaks and is also the perfect venue for business and residential team building. The leisure facilities include an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

Hall Farm Conservation began with the development of Little Walk Cottage, a conversion of a redundant stable. Marris Cottage, a small brick and pantile former shepherd’s cottage was added to the portfolio in 2009. The Stable Wing was prepared for business only lets in 2010, it has a wonderful view, but no garden. Marris Barn is our flagship property completed in 2012 with assistance from EMDA. In 2015 we began work on Beach Cottage, Anderby Creek. It has metamorphosised into a coastal gem. In 2017 we completed The Top Lodge as a second property providing business accommodation. At peak holiday times this can also become more holiday accommodation.

Marris Barn sleeps up to 16 with indoor leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Marris Cottage, sleeps 4 and boasts an original range fire and enclosed garden for dogs. Little Walk Cottage sleeps 4 also and has a wood-burning stove and glazed garden room from which our guests can enjoy beautiful views of the farm and lake.
