An open air shopping centre with large car park built around a historic train station to the south of the city centre.

ST MARKS OBELISK
The obelisk at St Marks Shopping Centre is a recreation of the obelisk that once stood on High Bridge. After concerns about its weight, it was removed from the bridge in 1939 and recreated in 1996 at St Marks, reusing the pineapple pinnacle, the civic shield and one piece of the dolphins feature from the original.
