Tammy Dawson-Doughty is the leading voice of the UKFPN for trade, and policy advocacy, driving strategic initiatives to support the fresh produce sector and international agricultural collaboration.
UK Fresh Produce Network (UKFPN)
As the Head of the UK Fresh Produce Network (UKFPN), Tammy leads a dynamic platform that connects growers, suppliers, retailers, and policymakers to address critical industry challenges. She spearheads high-profile industry roundtables, networking events, and policy discussions, ensuring UKFPN members gain access to exclusive insights, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Under her leadership, UKFPN has strengthened industry engagement with government bodies, securing influential discussions through the UK Fresh Produce Network All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG), where she serves as Secretariat. She facilitates monthly meetings in Parliament, driving policy conversations on issues such as labour shortages, sustainability, innovation, and trade.
British-Uzbek Society – Head of Agriculture
Tammy also plays a pivotal role in international agricultural relations as the Head of Agriculture for the British-Uzbek Society. She works closely with government officials, agribusiness leaders, and trade bodies in Uzbekistan, fostering bilateral trade partnerships, investment opportunities, and knowledge exchange between the UK and Uzbekistan. Her work focuses on modernizing agricultural practices, improving supply chain efficiencies, and expanding export markets for fresh produce.
