Read MoreWork on 16 brand new homes in Kirton in Lindsey is well under way, and you can register your interest now.
The site, which has now been named as Maple Close, includes six two-bedroom houses and ten two-bedroom bungalows, complete with level access and a wet room.
All homes are available for affordable rent and come with BT fibre installed as standard.
They are in a sought after area, close to local amenities and just a short walk away from the local school. They are also surrounded by fields, making for some fantastic views and a peaceful backdrop.
Amy Schoenmaker, Development Project Manager from Ongo said: “We are very excited to be offering these homes in such a fantastic location. Each home will be finished to a top quality standard and will offer families in the area a truly great place to live.
“We expect lots of interest in these homes, so please if you’re interested get your name down quick. We can’t wait to show you them once they’re finished and welcome new people into them.”
The homes are being built by Gelder, with completion due towards the end of the year.
Steve Gelder, Chief Executive Officer of Gelder Group, said: “We have used trades people local to the Kirton area on this development project, as well as also providing five young people with work experience on site. We’re looking at the possibility of taking two of them on permanently as apprentices.
“Three other young men also completed their bricklaying apprenticeships whilst working on the site. So it’s really positive we’ve been able to support local people as well as building high quality, much needed affordable homes.”
To register your interest in one of these homes, keep an eye out for them on Home Choice Lincs (www.homechoicelincs.org.uk). To be eligible you must have a local connection to the Kirton in Lindsey area.
