Boost your business this autumn with new programmes from Business Lincolnshire

Business Lincolnshire is introducing an exciting new programme schedule for local businesses this autumn.

As part of their Growth Hub offering, Business Lincolnshire are hosting a number of events and programmes to support business growth and boost the local economy across Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland.

Designed to help local businesses on their growth journey, the organisation has created a schedule of fully-funded programmes to encourage business owners to diversify, expand their services and future-proof their business.

Cllr Colin Davie, executive councillor for economy and place at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “We’re entering a really exciting time for businesses now, as we move into our busy autumn events programme, with opportunities for businesses in all sectors. Whether you want to expand into different sectors, grow your markets, help build business networks, or need specialist support to future-proof your business – there’s a programme for you.”

All sessions listed below will be taking place over the next few months

Hospitable Boost programme
Kicking of the events schedule, the new Hospitable Boost programme will take place over a 7-week period, with a combination of group sessions and one-to-one support providing a flexible schedule for business owners. Delivered by specialist consultancy firm CDI Alliance, this programme will offer delegates the chance to network with like-minded businesspeople from the hospitality and tourism sector.

Next Level Scale Up programme
The Next Level Scale Up Programme is the perfect opportunity for enterprises experiencing rapid growth who are looking for new possibilities to learn and grow. The programme will improve leadership ability and help build a network of other Greater Lincs and Rutland based high-growth business leaders.

Pub Diversification programme
For those in the pub industry, the Pub Diversification Programme aims to support all types of projects that businesses may be considering. This could include creating overnight accommodation, additional facilities for walkers and cyclists, or even installing electric vehicle charging points. The programme is aimed at those looking to generate additional income to help futureproof their pub business.

‘Fit for Business’ podcast
Having launched earlier this year, the bi-weekly ‘Fit for Business’ podcast series continues to provide vital advice and support to local businesses wanting to successfully grow their enterprise. Hosted by Guy Lewis, co-director at the CDI Alliance, the 20-minute episodes are designed to support current business owners or those who are thinking about starting their own company. All episodes of the podcast are available on major streaming platforms and in the Business Lincolnshire website.

Business Lincolnshire Live
Business Lincolnshire Live’s (#BLLive) series of monthly live-streamed shows are dedicated to exploring important topics for Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland’s business communities. During each session, viewers’ questions are answered live by a team of experts, with appearances from special guests providing specialist knowledge and sector expertise.
