Read MoreThe Proud to Care team from Ongo Recruitment will be taking to the road this month as they visit local towns to encourage interest in the Proud to Care programme.
The team will visit the following locations as part of the initiative:
Working together with North Lincolnshire Council, the Proud to Care programme offers opportunities to people considering a role in care in the North Lincolnshire region.
From free training, to fully funded childcare, transport options and a bonus available, there are so many benefits to working in care in our area.
With fantastic local links to the industry, Ongo Recruitment will help to find the right placement for people once they have completed the short seven-day Introduction to Care course.
Full-time and agency options are available, giving opportunities to those needing more flexibility.
As part of the visits, the team will be taking interest for the Introduction to Care course and the Proud to Care programme. There’ll be free merchandise and selection boxes to give away too.
During the last visit, at Ongo Recruitment HQ on Thursday 21 December, there’ll be an opportunity to win a tablet as part of a name-the-Proud to Care-bear competition, plus a visit from a very special guest in a red suit.
