Reach host the ‘big reach kick off’ live panel event

Live from Arch 33 in London, Reach hosted The Big Reach Kick Off event, bringing together esteemed personalities in the world of sports journalism for an entertaining and informative evening for all involved.

Hosted by Jon Livesey, the Head of National Sport at the Mirror, Express, and Daily Star, the panel event was a testament to the power of sports in uniting people from all walks of life.

The panel of experts included luminaries such as Austin Barrett, Head of Sport at the Daily Record, Neil McLeman, a distinguished Sports Writer at the Mirror, Beth Lindop, the brilliant Women’s Football Writer at the Liverpool Echo, and a special appearance by none other than the legendary former professional footballer and ex-Manchester United player, Wes Brown. The stage was set for an engaging discussion, and the panellists did not disappoint.

Euro 2024 took centre stage as the expert panel delved deep into the intricacies of the tournament, offering insights, analyses, and predictions that had the audience engaged. From memorable moments to unexpected twists, every aspect of the tournament was dissected with passion and expertise, providing the audience with a comprehensive understanding of what to expect in the days to come, even with a few challenging questions from attendees.

But the excitement didn’t end there. Following the engaging panel discussion, guests were treated to a live screening of England vs Belgium, and the late dramatic scenes of Wales vs Poland.

It was a night of bringing together clients, colleagues, and friends for an evening of sport, camaraderie, and celebration. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who joined us and for making this event a resounding success, we look forward to many more gatherings in the future.

In the end, The Big Reach Kick Off wasn’t just about football; it was about showcasing our journalism experts, brands and commercial opportunities, to an audience of loyal customers, and for that, we are truly grateful.
