Award-winning PR, marketing and digital agency Shooting Star has been hired by The Hive in Skegness, one of the UK’s most diverse entertainment hotspots.
The agency, which has a UK-wide client base, will be delivering a full suite of strategic and creative PR, marketing and digital activity, with special event planning for the unveiling of seven new bars at the complex over the summer including an exciting new Supercar VIP lounge and ice bar.
Based in the heart of Skegness, one of the most popular seaside destinations in the UK, The Hive is a multi-million-pound nightlife complex, home to a variety of bars and clubs including Buster’s Fun Pub, Gilly’s Rum and Reggae Bar, Kush Nightclub and Tantra Cocktail Bar.
Over the coming months The Hive will be unveiling its latest additions to the Skegness nightlife scene with the launch of a new Supercar VIP Lounge in June and a phenomenal Ice Bar Experience – the only one of its kind in the UK – at the end of July.
These will be the first of many new diversely themed hotspots set to open at the complex over the summer, adding to the existing venues and ensuring there is something for every taste. Once complete, the complex will comprise a total of 10 unique venues.
The Hive has appointed Shooting Star to deliver a multi-faceted PR and marketing strategy, develop its digital marketing and social media platforms, and work on several special events including press launches and bar openings.
This comes at an exciting time for the complex and its team as it enters a new phase of business growth, broadening its venue offerings and continuing to ensure that it remains first choice for locals, holidaymakers and partygoers as well as one of the UK’s most referenced seaside entertainment sites.
