The new site, known as Enterprise West Lindsey, is in Saxilby and provides up to 350,000 sq ft of commercial development opportunity, delivered by Stirlin in partnership with Castle Group and Eddisons. Enterprise West Lindsey is prominently situated on Skellingthorpe Road, adjacent the established Riverside Enterprise Park (delivered by Stirlin and Castle Group), benefitting from convenient access to the A1 and A46 Lincoln bypass. Stirlin were appointed by Castle Group as lead contractor on the project, which includes all main infrastructure works, the installation of drainage, access roads and a pedestrian footpath, providing a direct link to the existing Saxilby Enterprise Park, Riverside Enterprise Park and beyond. Stirlin have successfully taken the site from 20-acres of greenfield land, to serviced development parcels ready for construction. Construction recently commenced on one of the plots on site, which will provide a cutting-edge 18,000 square foot office and warehouse facility for Lincframe Roof Trusses. Stirlin were appointed lead contractor on the project. Enterprise West Lindsey site is designated to provide exciting opportunities for a wide range of firms looking for commercial and industrial space, with Design and Build opportunities available, where Stirlin can deliver a bespoke premises to suit an occupier’s requirements. Howard, Head of Construction at Stirlin, says of the project, “We are delighted to complete the Phase 1 infrastructure contract at Enterprise West Lindsey and this has been achieved with the collaboration with several key bodies in particular the IDB and Lincs Highways our local supply chain met all of the challenges we encountered to ensure we delivered the works on program and budget.
