Stirlin submits planning application for new £1.75m HQ

Local contractor and developer Stirlin is delighted to announce the submission of a planning application for their new £1.75m headquarters.

The new facility will be prominently located within their Enterprise West Lindsey scheme in Saxilby, on which Stirlin recently completed £2.3m of infrastructure works and are currently delivering an 18,000 sqft warehouse and office for Lincframe.

This milestone comes as the Stirlin Group continues to grow, marked by the recent announcement of a new residential development and the addition of three new team members: Edward, Danny, and Kala. With a pipeline of exciting projects on the horizon, the new office will be future-proofed to accommodate the expanding team and facilitate Stirlin’s growth agenda.

The state-of-the-art, two-storey headquarters, designed by John Roberts Architects, will feature two large open-plan office spaces, private offices, staff recreation rooms, a welcoming reception area, and modern meeting rooms designed for client engagements. This innovative space will enable enhanced collaboration and efficiency across all Stirlin divisions, including Stirlin Construction, Stirlin Developments, and Homes by Stirlin, which are currently operating out of two separate offices.

Tony Lawton, Managing Director of Stirlin, commented, “We are thrilled to take this next step in our journey with the submission of our new HQ planning application. This new space will provide our team with a modern and collaborative environment, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality projects for our clients.”

He continued, “The consolidation of facilities will allow the Group of companies to share staff and resources in a new ‘hub’ working environment and signifies a pivotal stage in our growth. We are very much looking forward to the new opportunities that this new premises will bring to the Stirlin Group if planning approval is granted.”

With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, the new headquarters will play a crucial role in ensuring Stirlin’s continued success and ability to meet the evolving needs of their clients and employees.
