What does the new Flexible Working Regulations mean for business owners?

The new Flexible Working (Amendment) Regulations introduced in April 2024 has given employees a greater say in when, where and how they work.

Employees can now have a day one right to make a flexible working request.

So, what does this mean for business owners?
